Join us in the Tasting Room for our first in house beer dinner! We will have food catered by Brendan Brewster, the head chef at Mama Meatballs right down the street! Brendan was born in Trinidad and was exposed to the cultural fusion of food his grandmother taught him about. He learned from some of the top chefs in Florida, and spent time as the lead line cook at the Marriot Hotel, Sous Chef at Mussel Beach, and Banquet Chef at the exclusive Palm Beach Polo Club. Working the beer dinner with us gives him a chance to flex his creative muscles!
The beer dinner will include an appetizer, and entree and a dessert, with three Rivertowne beers paired with each or your choice of two glasses of J & D wine.
Appetizer: Crab Cake with Remoulade
Entree: 1/4 Herb Roasted Chicken with Veggie Medley Succotash and Au Gratin Potatoes
Dessert: Key Lime Pie with Fresh Strawberry Glaze
Tickets are $30 per person and we are limiting the dinner to 24 total people. Call the brewery after 3pm on Tues-Thurs and speak with Dave to book.
